Honestly I was skeptical when I ordered this, but now I think this is one of the coolest gadgets I've picked up this year! It's Bluetooth and WiFi are finicky, the app is kludgy, but once you get past that it's a very neat device. The base is CNC machined anodized aluminum with a USB C connection on the rear for power. RGB LED light bar on the base in the front with individual LEDs behind each display pointed upward that reflect colors off of the top of the tube cases giving the appearance of vintage tube tops, pretty cool effect really. The RGB LED light strip can be programed for static colors, a rainbow, or a wave effect.
You can download up to four different clocks, from vintage Nixie tubes to anime graphics! There's enough variety to keep it interesting, there's even some holiday themed ones to change it up once and a while. You can set the last "tube" display to be a weather station, which once it's working (needs WiFi) is pretty cool, and somewhat accurate.
