If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we'll ship the available items immediately and the rest as soon as they are in stock. If you receive only part of your order initially, don't worry – the remaining items will follow shortly.


Tracking your order:


Expect a confirmation email or text (if you provided a mobile number) with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package's journey. Visit our Tracking Page for updates. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to appear.


Wrong address disclaimer:

Cancellation:


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Refunds:

Lost/Stolen Packages:

oxydoxygadgets Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here oxydoxygadgets@gmail.com.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
