RETURN POLICY

At OXYDOXY gadgets, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at oxydoxygadgets@gmail.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

There are certain exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above.
